Capacidad del vehículo . No se admitirán pasajeros de pie en ningún caso. Cada pasajero ocupará un (1) puesto de acuerdo con la capacidad establecida en la ficha de homologación del vehículo y en la licencia de tránsito. En caso de incumplimiento, el infractor será sancionado, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Código Nacional de Tránsito Terrestre.
