La representación de las acciones que posea el Ministerio de Agricultura en los fondos ganaderos, corresponde ejercerla al Ministro de Agricultura, al Viceministro, al Secretario General, al Subdirector de Producción Pecuaria de dicha Entidad, o a los funcionarios que el Ministro de Agricultura delegue, teniendo en cuenta lo previsto en el artículo 7° del Decreto 128 de 1976.
