Los Notarios que dejar en de cumplir con las obligaciones que les impone este Decreto y la Ley 81 de 1931, incurrirán en multas de diez a cien pesos, más del doble del valor del impuesto que deban los interesados hasta la fecha del respectivo instrumento.
