° La Junta de la Corporación Regional Autónoma para la Defensa de las Ciudades de Manizales, Salamina y Aranzazu actualmente adscrita al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y .que por el presente Decreto se adscribe al Departamento Nacional de Planeación estará presidida por el Jefe de este Departamento y de ella seguirá formando parte el Ministro de Obras Públicas o su delegado.
