º Los funcionarios que hayan recibido la bonificación, de conformidad con el presente Decreto, podrán vincularse a la entidad donde hayan ejercido el control fiscal o a cualquier entidad pública, entendiéndose la nueva vinculación diferente y con solución de continuidad.
