"Art. 2.° La suma expresada de trece mil trescientos setenta y cuatro pesos se invertir.', de acuerdo con el cálculo que al efecto ha formado la Junta central de Higiene, de manera que quedan cubiertos los crédito correspondientes á los gustos hechos hasta la fecha, y se cubran en lo sucesivo los que hayan de hacerse pura sostener en actividad las Oficinas mencionadas en el artículo anterior.
