Art. 6.° Siempre que una necesidad urgente de orden público no reclame los servicios de toda la fuerza que por esta ley se crea, el exceso que pueda haber de tres mil hombres (3,000) será destinado, como zapadores, debidamente organizados, á trabajar en el Ferrocarril de Girardot.

. Estos zapadores, mientras presten el servicio á que por este artículo se les destina, serán pagados de los fondos que para dicha obra suministra la Nación.
