El artículo 70 de la Constitución quedará así:
ARTÍCULO 70.
El Congreso elegirá cada dos años un Designado, quien reemplazará al Presidente en caso de falta de éste.
El período del Designado comienza el siete (7) de agosto del respectivo año.
