Restablecese la Inspección General del Ejercito, con el siguiente personal y asignaciones:

Un Inspector General (General de División), con $ 250 mensuales.

Un Ayudante (Capitán), con $ 100 mensuales.

Un Escribiente, con $ 40 mensuales.

Un Asistente, con $ 20 mensuales.
