Artículo 1º Abrece al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia en curso el siguiente crédito adicional:

MINISTERIO DE INDUSTRIAS

Artículo 248 bis. Para atender a los gastos que demande la visita que la nave-exposición Italia hará a los puertos colombianos en septiembre del presente año, en importante comisión oficial y comercial de su Gobierno, ocho mil pesos $ 8,000.

Artículo 2º Abrece al Presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia económica este otro crédito adicional:
