En los contratos se estipulara el término de la concesión, que no podrá ser mayor de cien años, ni menor de cuarenta. Pero una vez que esta ley entre en vigencia, los términos de la concesión para los nuevos establecimientos hipotecarios que se funden solo podrán ser los indicados en el articulo 29 de esta ley.
