Transición . Si como consecuencia de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto alguna inversión u operación de las que trata el Título XII del Libro 6 de la Parte 2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010 deja de ser admisible, las AFP deberán reportar este evento a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y proceder al desmonte de dichas inversiones u operaciones dentro de un plazo no superior a un (1) año”.
