Las infracciones a las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto serán sancionadas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, según la gravedad de las mismas así: a). Multas hasta por la suma de cinco mil pesos ($5.000) b). Suspensión de la licencia y de la autorización de funcionamiento de la estación, hasta por el término de un (1) año y c). Cancelación de la licencia de operador y de la autorización de funcionamiento para la estación.
