Consumo De Gas Natural Por Productores

°. Consumo de gas natural por productores. El productor o productor-comercializador declarará en los términos previstos en el artículo 9° de este decreto las cantidades diarias promedio mes de gas natural, medidas en GBTUD, de las que sea propietario y que sean destinadas para su propio consumo.

Parágrafo

Si las cantidades de gas natural declaradas en este artículo llegaran a ser ofrecidas para la venta por el productor o por el productor-comercializador, total o parcialmente, estas se someterán a los mecanismos y procedimientos de comercialización de que trata el artículo 11 de este decreto.
