º . El Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional destinado en Comisión para desempeñar las funciones de Jefe de la Casa Militar, tendrá derecho a la Bonificación de Dirección a que se refieren los Decretos 3150 y 3630 de 2005, en los términos establecidos en estos decretos.

Parágrafo

Los gastos a que hace referencia el presente decreto, serán cancelados con cargo al presupuesto del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República.
