El material y demás elementos que se necesiten en el Instituto se adquirirán de conformidad con los artículos 62 y 66 de la Ley 15 de 1925 en el habilitado hará estos gastos dentro del presupuesto mensual, siempre sean autorizados por el Director Científico.
