Una vez concluida la liquidación de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, mediante el acta de cierre del día 31 de enero de 2006, para los efectos del artículo 2º de la Ley 651 de 2001, la representación de Telecom en la Junta de Administración del Patrimonio Autónomo Pensional será ejercida por el representante legal o apoderado de la entidad administradora del Patrimonio Autónomo Receptor de los Activos y Pasivos de Telecom, Parapat, y por un representante del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
