Autorízase al Gobierno para cancelar ochenta mil pesos ($ 80.000.00), saldo de una deuda existente a favor del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, por compra de ocho (8) casas en el Barrio Obrero de la ciudad de Pamplona, que hiciera el Ministerio de Guerra con destino a Viviendas Fiscales de Suboficiales.
