° El personal perteneciente a los organismos de Policía Local de que trata el presente Decreto, quedará sometido al régimen disciplinario vigente para los funcionarios públicos del Estado, sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que dieren lugar sus actuaciones como miembros de dichos organismos.
