º La Tarjeta de Identidad establecida por el articulo 109 del Decreto-ley 1260 de 1970, se expedirá a todos los colombianos mayores de siete (7) años y menores de veintiuno (21), de conformidad con las normas de este Decreto, y para los efectos previstos en el mismo. Esta tarjeta será renovada cuando el interesado alcance la edad de catorce (14) años.
