La Caja Controlará La Entrega De Tales Elementos Para Evitar Que Se Les Destine Alcomercio

La Caja controlará la entrega de tales elementos para evitar que se les destine alcomercio. El tráfico de dichos objetos con finalidad distinta de aquella para la cual se hubieren solicitado, colocará al infractor en el caso contemplado en el inciso 17 del artículo 374 de la Ley 79 de 1931.

Parágrafo

La enajenación a terceros de cualesquiera elementos adquiridos de la Sección de Provisión, se sujetará a los prevenido en los artículos 288 y 289 de la misma ley, y en el Reglamento General de Aduanas número 109. CAPÍTULO V - DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
