º Concesión del servicio . La concesión para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular se hará mediante el procedimiento de la Licitación Pública previsto en el Decreto-ley 222 de 1983 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones ordenar la apertura de la Licitación Pública tendiente a conceder el servicio de telefonía móvil celular en las Redes Celulares A y B, seis (6) meses después de la fecha de apertura del Registro de Proponentes de que trata el artículo 14 de este Decreto.
