Con estricta sujeción a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto el Defensor del Pueblo procederá a ajustar mediante resolución interna la planta de personal de acuerdo con las anteriores equivalencias dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto”.
