º. Una vez obtenido el Registro Sanitario, el Titular del mismo dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su expedición, deberá presentar ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos -Invima-, los documentos que el Instituto considere necesarios para cumplir sus funciones de inspección, control y vigilancia, de que tratan los Decretos 3192 de 1983, 2092 de 1986, 365 de 1994, 677 de 1995, 2311 de 1996, 3075 de 1997 y 219 de 1998.
