El Concejo Municipal de Bogotá expedirá un acuerdo de conformidad con esta Ley, antes de principiar los trabajos de canalización, en el cual se incluirán todas las disposiciones y pormenores que haya necesidad de prever, para evitar inconvenientes posteriores.
