al artículo 37 de la Ley 1575 de 2012, el cual quedará así:
Para calcular la sobretasa o recargo al impuesto predial destinado a financiar la actividad bomberil, los municipios podrán utilizar el avalúo catastral vigente en sus respetivas jurisdicciones.
