Artículo decimoquinto. Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial los Decretes números 1121 de julio de 1967 2115 de 1972, 2093 de 1975, 662 de 1976 y 1508 de 1978.
