Art. 12. La residencia de los Procuradores de Distrito nacional será la capital del respectivo Estado, i llevarán la voz fiscal ante los Jueces nacionales de primera instancia que se hallen establecidos o se establezcan por la lejislacion del Estado en la capital de éste; debiendo entenderse por Jueces nacionales de primera instancia, todos aquellos de que tratan los artículos 51 a 56 inclusive del Código Judicial de la Union.
