ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.33 .- RELACION DE PASIVO ESPECIAL. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, individualmente consideradas, no podrán aprobar préstamos en exceso de un peso con veinte centavos ($ 1.20) por cada peso ($ 1.00) de recursos captados, determinados según balance de cada mes, si por baja de estos se excediere la relación aquí prevista, la respectiva corporación deberá suspender nuevas aprobaciones hasta que dicha relación se restablezca.
