Toda personas que por violencia, amenazas, atente contra el derecho de libre asociación sindical, impidiendo a una persona hacer parte de un sindicato u obligándola a salir de él, será castigada con una multa de veinte a doscientos pesos, que le será impuesta por la respectiva Oficina del Trabajo, previa comprobación completa de los hechos.
