Articulo 97 . El Consejo Directivo de la Corporación resolverá el recurso en el término de treinta (30) días hábiles, contados desde la fecha de su interposición en forma legal. El silencio de la Corporación se entenderá como negativa del recurso, según lo estipulado en el Decreto-ley 2733 de 1959.
