Article 78

La Superiora Tiene Las Siguientes Obligaciones: A) Distribuir Los Servicios Adscritos A Las Religiosas En Lo Que Respecta A La Disciplina, A La Conservación Y Economía Del Establecimiento, Según Las Normas Establecidas Por El Director General De Prisiones, Cerciorándose Personalmente Que Se Observen Con Exactitud, B) Hacer Semanalmente Al Director General De Prisiones Una Relación Por Escrito Del Movimiento Del Personal De Detenidas O Condenadas, Y De Todo Cuanto Ocurra Que Directa O Indirectamente Interese A La Marcha De La Justicia Penal Y Del Orden Interno

La Superiora tiene las siguientes obligaciones

Distribuir los servicios adscritos a las religiosas en lo que respecta a la disciplina, a la conservación y economía del Establecimiento, según las normas establecidas por el Director General de Prisiones, cerciorándose personalmente que se observen con exactitud,

Hacer semanalmente al Director General de Prisiones una relación por escrito del movimiento del personal de detenidas o condenadas, y de todo cuanto ocurra que directa o indirectamente interese a la marcha de la justicia penal y del orden interno.

Hacer llevar, bajo su responsabilidad de registros encomendados a las religiosas.

Cumplir con las obligaciones señaladas en el artículo 56.
