La compilación de que se trata empezara á regir como Código Judicial en toda la República el día que señale el Gobierno, después de que haya sido distribuida la edición en todas las oficinas públicas.

Desde la fecha de dicha compilación regirá la nueva nomenclatura para el efecto de citar esas disposiciones.
