Las faltas cometidas por el músico mayor, profesores ó aprendices, fuera de las horas de estudio ó de servicio, serán castigadas por el respectivo Comandante General ó falta de éste, por el Jefe del Cuerpo á que la Banda pertenezca, en la proporción indicada anteriormente.
