Art. 14. Los alumnos se considerarán al entrar á la Escuela, Cadetes ó soldados; pero pueden ascender, según sus méritos, y de acuerdo con el Reglamento. Al salir de la Escuela, el alumno que no tenga grado de Oficial, adquiere de hecho el de Subteniente, siempre que hubiere ganado todos los cursos de la misma Escuela.
