ARTICULO 264. Circunstancias de agravación punitiva. La pena señalada en el Artículo anterior se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte si el obligado, con el propósito de substraerse a la prestación alimentaría, fraudulentamente oculta, disminuye o grava su renta o patrimonio.
