°. Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer los criterios para el uso de los biosólidos producidos a partir de los lodos generados en las plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales municipales.

Parágrafo

Este decreto no aplica a los lodos que tengan características de peligrosidad.
