°. El artículo 8o. del Decreto 1054 de 1938, quedará así: "No podrá prescindirse de las vacaciones mediante pago de sueldos o indemnización, cualquiera que sea su cuantía. "Cuando el trabajador quede definitivamente fuera del servicio antes de disfrutar de las vacaciones causadas, tiene derecho al pago de la remuneración correspondiente a ellas".
