Destínese al menos el uno por ciento (1%) anualmente del total de los recursos del Fondo de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, para el financiamiento de actividades, programas y proyectos del sector TIC, incluido el sector postal. Estas actividades, programas y proyectos serán coordinados por el Ministerio de TIC con el Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación.
