Resoluciones. Las prestaciones que según este Decreto quedan a cargo del Tesoro Público, se regularán por medio de resoluciones distadas por el Ministerio de Defensa. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro y demás prestaciones que correspondan a la Caja de retiro de las Fuerzas Militares se hará por medio de resoluciones del Gerente aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa.
