Los Administradores de Correos cuidarán de estar siempre provistos de los respectivos esqueletos de libramientos. En consecuencia, deben solicitar con anticipación al Servicio de Giros el subsiguiente talonario, indicando en la nota de pedido el último número del que se halle en uso y esté para terminarse. Dicho Servicio también les suministrará los formularios necesarios para la rendición de las cuentas.
