Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de la convocatoria, la entidad descentralizada del orden municipal publicará no menos de tres (3) avisos en uno o varios diarios de amplia circulación en el Municipio, en los cuales se transcribirán las informaciones previstas en los artículos 9º y 10 del presente decreto.
