Será obligatoria la realización de los estudios que establezcan para tal efecto las normas emanadas por el Ministerio de la Protección Social conforme al avance de la ciencia y la tecnología para la detección temprana de la hipoacusia, a todo recién nacido, antes del primer año de vida.
