Art. 140. El día 15 de Agosto de cada año al tiempo de hacer la visita mensual examinarán los jefes políticos la relación general de tabacos i caudales que hayan entrado i salido en el estanco en todo el año trascurrido hasta aquella fecha, i las existencias que hayan quedado en él i en los estanquillos de su dependencia. El estanquero le presentará por duplicado dicha relación, i si resultare arreglada en todas sus partes, le pondrá el V.B., lo mismo que a la relación mensual, o hará las observaciones a que haya lugar.
