Decreto 2531 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 22 de 1984 sobre el ejercicio de la profesión de la Biología.

Quienes opten por la prerrogativa consagrada en el artículo anterior, podrán obtener una autorización provisional, expedida por el Consejo Profesional de Biología, previa presentación de los documentos exigidos por este Decreto para tal fin.

Parágrafo

El Consejo Profesional de Biología, fijará el término máximo por el cual concederá esta autorización provisional, previo concepto del ICFES, el cual estará asesorado por el Consejo Profesional de Biología (C.P.B.) para tal efecto.
