°. Valores extranjeros. Para efectos del presente decreto, se entiende por valores extranjeros, todos aquellos que hayan sido emitidos fuera del país por emisores nacionales o extranjeros bajo la regulación de un país extranjero, siempre y cuando gocen del reconocimiento a que se refiere el artículo 5° del presente decreto y se enmarquen dentro del concepto de valor de conformidad con el artículo 2° de la Ley 964 de 2005.
