ARTICULO 24. En todo caso, antes de modificar la licencia de funcionamiento, según el artículo anterior, será necesario actualizar la totalidad de los documentos que este Decreto exige para su expedición inicial. La modificación no implicará una nueva licencia de funcionamiento, pero sí la verificación de la calificación de la empresa de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente Decreto. Igualmente este trámite se aplicará a las cooperativas. CAPITULO III Licencia de funcionamiento para las cooperativas destinadas al servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto por carretera.
