Cuando al tiempo del reconocimiento resultaren frascos, botellas, cajas de metal o de cartón, rótulos, etc., que por los estampados y grabados revelen que están destinados a contener especialidades farmacéuticas o preparaciones químicas, para envasarlas o empacarlas como productos extranjeros, dichos objetos serán decomisados como de contrabando.
