En igualdad de condiciones, los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares titulados como Profesores en cualquiera de las categorías establecidas en este Decreto, tendrán derecho a que se les considere preferencialmente para el desarrollo de Cursos de estudios y Comisiones en el exterior, y también para su designación como Profesores Titulados para las Cátedras en los Institutos y Cursos contemplados en esta Disposición.
