Art. 5º La Sala del Tribunal de Cundinamarca, que conoce exclusivamente de negocios civiles, conocerá también de los negocios criminales, mediante un repartimiento de todos ellos en la forma que determine el mismo Tribunal por medio de acuerdo, consultando la equitativa distribución del trabajo. Los Jueces de Circuito de Bogotá en lo Civil, juzgarán también asuntos criminales, con cuyo fin de hará un repartimiento de ellos que regulará también el Tribunal.
